Pots is the GG's dog, he hangs out with the GG's in their garage and wears 3D glasses. He is called Potts in the dreamcast versions of the game.
Story Spoiler
In the first chapter of the game the player has a choice between going after Benton-cho and Kogane-cho to start
If the player chooses Benton-cho nothing happens with Pots, he remains a normal dog and has no relevance to the story.
If the player choose Kogane-cho, Pots will get kidnapped by the Noise Tanks. After beating the mission Noise Reduction, pots will be returned but will act robotic and moo like a cow.
How to Unlock
You must unlock all the extra playable characters, then replay the game and choose Kogane-cho again, then keep playing until you beat the mission The Monster of Kogane. After all that you should unlock Pots as a playable character.
